Position Overview
Neftaly is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to collaborate across teams, ensuring high-quality content creation and effective communication strategies. The role requires close coordination with the Design Team and other departments to maintain brand consistency, enhance user engagement, and contribute to Neftaly’s marketing and content initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaboration with the Design Team
- Work closely with the Design Team to develop visually compelling content aligned with the Neftaly brand aesthetic.
- Ensure that all visual elements enhance user engagement on the Neftaly website and other digital platforms.
- Provide creative input to refine and improve design materials for better audience interaction.
Content Management & Coordination
- Assist in publishing Neftaly Monthly January SCMR-4 and Neftaly Quarterly Post to ensure timely and high-quality content updates.
- Align posts from Neftaly Office with broader marketing strategies under Neftaly Marketing Royalty SCMR.
- Review and curate post-related content to maintain brand relevance and audience engagement.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, content, and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment.
- Support the integration of visual and written content for better storytelling and brand positioning.
- Communicate design requirements and feedback effectively between teams to streamline production workflows.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in content collaboration, digital marketing, or graphic design coordination.
- Strong understanding of branding, user engagement strategies, and marketing communications.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage content-related projects.
- Knowledge of SCMR (Supply Chain Management & Royalty) processes is a plus.
