    1. Welcome and Opening

    The meeting was opened by Miss Rikhotso, who welcomed all attendees and provided an overview of the purpose of the session, which was to review Magoshing-related comments from Mr Malatie, clarify procedures, and reinforce Neftaly Royal committee guidelines.

    3. Key Administrative Announcements

    3.1 Secretary Nomination

    • NeftalyCMR & NeftalyCDR was officially nominated to serve as the Secretary for the Magoshing meetings.
    • Miss Malebe will be added as an additional Secretary for the meetings.

    3.2 Attendance Rules

    • Any staff member who fails to attend meetings will face suspension and will not receive support from the Neftaly Royal Committee.
    • Apologies must be submitted in writing by staff at Specialist, Officer, Manager, and Chief levels.
    • All staff must join the meeting directly from the meeting invite and not request others to add them.

    3.3 Meeting Conduct and Procedures

    • Magoshing meeting starts at 07:00 and the agenda commences at 07:06.
    • The Prayer Policy must be adhered to at all meetings.
    • Chiefs must end all meetings on time and conclude with a song and prayer.
    • Chiefs must brief their teams about Moshomong meetings and ensure alignment.
    • Chiefs must work collaboratively with their teams.
    • Cellphones are not allowed during coding activities—only laptops must be used.

    4. Report Review and Amendments

    4.1 Minutes Amendments

    • Existing minutes have been successfully amended.
    • All future minutes must be updated accurately and submitted timeously.

    4.2 Reporting Requirements

    • Chiefs must submit their reports before 12:00 daily.
    • Chiefs must vote in writing.
    • Chiefs must not read full reports; only summarized presentations of 2 minutes are allowed.
    • Neftaly report voting must be done in writing.
    • Reports must include relevant logos.
    • All Neftaly training reports must be handed over to Magoshing and the Royal Committee.
    • Chiefs must attend the Royal Magoshing Meeting with Specialists, Officers, Managers, and Chiefs.
    • Chiefs must take full accountability for their teams and their performance.
    • Teams must perform according to their set targets.
    • Failure to submit tickets from CMMR14 within 10 days will lead to disciplinary action.

    4.3 Operational Requirements

    • Staff must be aware that when the staff site is slow, it indicates bulk uploading is in progress.
    • Chiefs must ensure full accountability for all assigned projects.
    • The 1000 import function is fast and should be used appropriately.
    • Reports must be submitted on time to avoid delays and complications.

    5. Disciplinary Guidelines and Performance Management

    • Chiefs must include Human Capital for all disciplinary processes; the Royal Committee should not be involved unless protocol requires it.
    • Chiefs are allowed to terminate the contracts of interns who are not performing.
    • If an intern misses three reports, they must be dismissed.
    • Royal interns who underperform must be moved to work at the office and report directly to the Board.
    • Staff who repeatedly complain about electricity, network, or sickness will be replaced immediately.
    • Chiefs must ensure full accountability for their teams and their outcomes.

    6. Event Management and Implementation

    • Royal Chiefs are responsible for full implementation of events.
    • Chiefs have the authority to adjust events to be virtual or physical, depending on operational needs.
    • Chiefs have the right to take videos for events.
    • Events may be changed from physical to virtual to accommodate staff working from home.

    7. Additional Administrative Notes

    • Chiefs are prohibited from using unauthorised external websites.
    • Mr Malatie must approve time adjustments.
    • Human Capital must inform staff in advance about any potential delays in salary payments.
    • The results of the work done by Royal Chiefs must be monitored and recorded.

    8. General Comments

    • Collaboration, accountability, and adherence to guidelines remain key priorities for the success of Magoshing and Royal Committee operations.
    • The team acknowledged the importance of maintaining discipline and operational standards across all units.
